Babalú - La vida cantada

This is the story of a trip to the memory of Colombia, to rescue a unique voice and one-of-a-kind character and save them both from oblivion. Luis Ángel Mera was a singer whose dazzling talent shined across the American continent in the 50s and 60s, and who died in mysterious circumstances in 1972. His voice, a wonderful example of the Colombian musical crossbreeding at its peak in those years, was practically forgotten for decades… until now.
